About Us

The Freedoms Shop is an NHS sexual health promotion initiative run by Central and North West London Foundation Trust (CNWL). Our aim is to make safe sex choices affordable and easily accessible to all, providing great value condoms and lube to your door in discreet packaging.

We have been able to negotiate low prices because we purchase such large numbers of condoms to supply the NHS and GPs across the UK. In 2003, we decided to offer our wide selection of high-quality, low-price condoms and lubricants to the general public. With no profit motive, we have been able to pass these great savings onto all of our customers – giving you access to trusted condom brands at an affordable price.

Our huge selection of condoms from respected manufacturers in a range of different sizes and styles is all available for delivery across the UK, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

As well as supplying NHS and retail customers, the Freedoms Shop is partnered with the GMI Partnership to deliver London-wide HIV prevention services for men who have sex with men (MSM). The London HIV Prevention Programme (LHPP) Do It London scheme has funded the Freedoms Shop to deliver millions of free condoms and lube MSM venues across London. It also funds face to face outreach in gay venues and at events across London and via online social media platforms.

In 2015, Freedoms Shop started stocking a selection of home sampling and home testing kits for STIs. These revolutionary kits have been developed to simplify the process of helping at-risk individuals establish whether they have contracted a range of sexually transmitted infections. The BioSure and Pasante HIV Self Test Kits are an easy to use kit and will immediately identify your HIV status with no need to send off any samples or forms.

We welcome feedback from all our customers to improve and build on the service we offer. This is just part of the Freedoms Shop’s ongoing dedication to providing exceptional customer service whilst maintaining low prices and accessibility.
